Summarize all of it, Battlefield 1’s Winter update will increase class ranks, the return of combat ribbons, elite codices and the most important among all of those are the servers update.
Despite fixing a lot of bugs in this Winter Updates, they also fix issues regarding vehicles (FINALLY), map adjustments, weapons, spectator mode, and much more. Getting back to the main point, in the Winter Update, they will be releasing some highly anticipated rent-a-server features. RSP admins will now able to kick players from their servers using the in-game UI, or just swing the almighty ban hammer if someone is misbehaving(or someone just being too good at the game until you think [...]
Custom Games may have been more useful for scrims and tournaments in Overwatch, but this will soon change with the latest changes added to the Public Test Region.
Server browser, a feature once mentioned back at Blizzcon 2016, is now added. It will serve useful for players who want a particular map and mode to be played at that moment rather than leave it up to matchmaking to put them in a random match. Not only that, enhancements to the custom game feature will enable more customisation- not only certain heroes and maps can be banned, but specific modifiers can be made. Faster payload movement? Check. No cooldowns on specific abilities? Check. You could even make specific [...]
The new reboot of Prey by Dishonored developers Arkane Studios comes sooner than we would thought it would be. Debuted at last E3, Prey sets to be a sci-fi horror thriller, something in the veins of System Shock.
Like System Shock, and their current Dishonored series, expect to see interesting gameplay mechanics as you explore what seems to be a space station as the character Morgan Yu (which can be male or female). Creepy black goo will hunt you on your journey as well, so good old shooting is also the name of the game here.

Prey will be available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
Another new seasonal event for Overwatch is now starting today. Despite early rumours predicting some kind of Valentine event, the seasonal event is actually celebrating the Chinese New Year (or otherwise known elsewhere as Lunar New Year). Like all previous seasonal events, new cosmetic items can be earned throughout the event and a new brawl is available with one map this time being decorated for the festive which is, predictably, Lijiang Tower.
Check out the trailer below:
Plenty of cool new skins, with Mei and D.Va getting some cultural appropriate ones to suit the occasion and some skins being inspired from Journey To The West. But the best surprise is the new [...]
Titanfall 2 is among the many EA games that are not doing Season Passes anymore. Instead they are promising free content updates for the adrenaline-rush FPS with mechs. As they did a few months back with the Angel City’s Most Wanted DLC (which coincides its free weekend offer), Titanfall 2 is getting another new mode.
The new mode focuses on just the Pilots, which is mobile enough to pull off wall ride, slides and parkour- all while shooting guns. The mode is called Live Fire and will include two new maps built specific for this mode.
Here’s the excerpt of developers Respawn Entertainment explaining about Live Fire mode:
“A round-based best of 5 mode [...]
First announced at last year’s Blizzcon, Overwatch new map Oasis is now live on all platforms. It has been in testing on the Public Test Region (PTR) for quite some time, which spawned many reactions due to its many new features.
Oasis is a Control (King Of The Hill) map, like Lijiang Towers, Ilios and Nepal. Each three sub-maps have its own quirks that should lead to interesting team fights. University has a hole in the middle of the control point which leads to a health pack. Garden has a perch on top of the control point where Widowmaker, Ana, Soldier:76 and even spam-heavy heroes like Junkrat can wreck havoc. The most interesting would be City Center, where traffic [...]
