And so, it happened. After reporting on a “classified file” a week ago, Blizzard chose to kick off their new timed Uprising event with a neat new comic, setting the stage for this first-of-its-kind Overwatch event.
As speculated, Uprising introduces a new PvE mode, where you play as 4 seasoned Overwatch veterans and their plucky new recruit as they journey through King’s [...]
After the release of new hero Orisa, one would think Blizzard would be biding their time before we heard anything new from Overwatch beyond new balance fixes. The Overwatch twitter begs to differ, however, putting out a cryptic tweet teasing at, well, we’re not entirely sure what it is.

The Overwatch World Cup was an interesting take of an esports event ran by Blizzard. Instead of taking the traditional pro esports teams it instead ran with teams representing nations to fit with the game’s global themes.
Yet it also used popular voting, which made popular content creators or those with influence getting into the teams more than the actual pros that are only to start making names.

Their League Of Legends squad is now in the top 4 in the Malaysia’s equivalent to the LCS- The Legends Circuit hosted by Garena. They also once had one of the strongest CS:GO roster in Malaysia.
Last Sunday saw Fire Dragoon fully committed into the business of building an e-sports team by launching their office and announcing a partnership with TteSports, the gaming brand for hardware manufacturer Thermaltake.

Orisa the quadruped omnic tank will be the freshest face in Overwatch come March 21, as Blizzard confirms its time frame for the new heroes release. Usually, new content for Overwatch will just drop in a new update, but looks like they are shaking up a bit by throwing the date with behind-the scenes video of how Orisa came to be- as heard from the recent GDC, and more.
The new behind-the-scenes video is also another new thing. Usually we only heard the developers’ word via a video of Game Director Jeff Kaplan talking to a camera for a long time (enough for one crafty Youtuber to make remixes– which he himself has embraced in a recent Reddit Ask Me Anything [...]
