Tahun ini adalah tahun ke 19 untuk acara D.I.C.E. Awards (#DICEAwards). Diacara oleh organisasi Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences, acara ini akan berlangsung di Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas pada 18hb Februari ini.
Namun hari ini, pihak penganjur mengeluarkan senarai penuh untuk calon-calon yang akan diumumkan pemenangnya seperti anugerah Game of The Year, Outstanding Achievement in Game Direction, Mobile Game of the Year dan banyak lagi.
Pingat penghormatan juga akan diberikan buat mendiang Satoru Iwata sebagai Lifetime Achievement Award dan juga Hall of Fame untuk pencipta siri hebat Metal Gear Solid, Hideo Kojima.
